The Company was founded in 1977 in Italy and it is leaded for nearly two decades by Umberto Boscolo, who is assisted by a dynamic and professional team.
Since 2011, the "Italian FBM Area" has been present at our Legnano headquarters: a laboratory completely dedicated to Bean-to-Bar process.
Thanks to the great success of our school in Italy we decided to found other schools around the world, to be able to offer this service even to the most distant chocolate makers.
